This was the case I'd been searching for
I was struggling to find a solid case that provided a high level of protection without trying to turn my tablet into a laptop. This exceeded expectations. It's very solidly built, easy to hold, and fits all ports and buttons nicely (you'd be surprised how many other brands didn't fit properly). The integrated kickstand isn't spectacular but is very useful in a pinch (I use it with a separate stand). It also holds AND protects the apple pencil as well, which most rugged cases fall short on. I've been using this for a few months now and I'm very happy with my purchase.
